The Wilmington Coalition for a Healthy Community (WCHC) was founded in 2006, and has members from many walks of life. The Coalition is a collaboration of people working within all segments of the community to create a safe, caring, and drug-free community. It is the vision of the WCHC that all residents - especially children and youth - are nurtured to achieve their personal, educational, and economic potential.
